ProFLEX for Pug Milled Base

Road Recyclers’ ProFLEX base stabilization system is designed to create new road base or re-purpose end of life materials to create a structurally and environmentally sound road base product.

Although all stabilized bases require surface treatment, ProFLEX may be opened to traffic the same day as it is processed.

Allows for more uniform mixing than conventional reclamation

Improves the quality of virgin base, while also reducing costs compared to traditional emulsion stabilized processes.

Application

Additional additives, such as cement and fly ash, are often not required.

Cost

The overall cost of base material treated using the ProFLEX system is usually substantially less costly than other methods.

Safety

ProFLEX is applied at cooler temperatures than other methods, such as foamed asphalt.
